What is your pricing structure?

How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
Delivery is typically 3–4 weeks after the shoot for all bookings.
For large event projects, delivery may take up to 6 months due to unusually high image volume.
Do you travel to clients?
Yes, we travel to corporate offices, specialized environments, or cosplay events.
Travel fees are calculated per assignment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Swish, cash on-site, or invoice with 30-day payment terms.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
We will reschedule at no extra cost or provide an alternate indoor option based on your preferences.
Do you use a contract?
Yes, we use a digital agreement via Pixieset that is signed at the time of booking to protect both parties.
How long does a session take?
Portrait shoots: typically 1–2 hours.
Corporate sessions: 1–4 hours depending on project size.
Event coverage: 10–20 minutes per segment.
Cosplay shoots: 2–3 hours.
What happens if the photographer becomes ill or injured?
If the shoot needs to be rescheduled due to illness or injury, there is no fee.
If you choose to cancel instead, our standard cancellation fees apply.
For large event projects (e.g., conventions), a replacement photographer can be provided at no extra cost.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
A 50 % deposit is required to secure your booking and is always non-refundable if you cancel.
You may reschedule your shoot once at no charge, provided you give at least 14 days’ notice before the original date.
In cases of sudden illness or injury, free rescheduling is available even with shorter notice; standard cancellation fees still apply if you choose to cancel entirely.
What is your refund and revision policy?
All delivered images and associated digital files are non-refundable once delivered. The delivery includes up to two minor adjustment rounds (e.g., color tweaks, small crop changes) at no extra cost. Any additional or major edits beyond these minor adjustments are billed by the hour. Once you have received the final product, no refunds can be issued.
What is your photography style?
We work with a blend of documentary and portrait styles, tailored to each assignment.
Do you edit the images?
Post-processing includes color correction and retouching as agreed.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance, especially if you require specific locations or time slots.
Do you help with posing?
Yes, we guide you through posing for the best results.
Do you work with minors or families?
No, we only work with clients aged 18 and older.
What types of photography services do you offer?
We offer portrait sessions, corporate shoots, event coverage, and cosplay photography, tailored to each client’s needs.
Do you use natural light or flash?
Both techniques, depending on the environment and desired aesthetic.
Can we print the images ourselves?
Standard delivery includes digital files optimized for screen viewing. Upon request, we provide high‑res print files at no extra cost. Actual print services are offered but incur additional charges.
Can we choose the location for our shoot?
Absolutely. We accommodate studio, on-site, and outdoor locations based on your preferences.
Can we share the images on social media?
Yes, you are free to share images on your channels, crediting the photographer as specified in the agreement.
Can we view references or past work?
How do I book a session with you?
You can book via our website contact form or by emailing info@photoelite.ink. A 50% deposit secures your date.
How will I receive the final images?
All images are delivered digitally via a private online gallery link.
Resolution is optimized for intended use.
High-resolution print files are provided upon request at no extra cost, while in-house print services are available for an additional fee.
What happens if we go over the contracted time?
Anything that overruns due to my actions as the photographer is free of charge. If the overrun is caused by client-side delays (e.g., uninformed staff, late styling/makeup), that extra time will be billed at the standard hourly rate. A small buffer for unforeseen circumstances is always allowed at no cost.
